Sara DeGraw
Sara DeGraw is originally from Spirit Lake, Iowa. She has lived in Tallahassee since she was 4 years old. She has one daughter and a cat named Fluffy. Sara spends her free time volunteering for a faith-based recovery program and is also involved with her church’s outreach program serving the homeless. She loves meeting new people and spending time with her family. Sara loves the Redefine Fitness ministry because she gets to motivate and encourage others which in turn motivates and encourages her!
Hobbies and Interests: "When I am not working or teaching class, my daughter and I love to go skating, swimming at the beach or the pool, or visit a water park and amusement park. We are always doing something adventurous."
Fun Fact: "I was a gymnast for several years!"
